Annual accounts

First accounts are due 21 months after registration; after that, 9 months after the end of your financial year.

Corporation Tax return (CT600)

Due 12 months after the end of the accounting period; you still file if you made a loss or have no tax to pay.

Corporation Tax payment

For most smaller companies, 9 months and 1 day after the end of the accounting period; larger companies pay in instalments.

Confirmation statement

Filed at least every 12 months, up to 14 days after the review period ends. It can't be filed until all directors have verified their identity.
